Non-Profit Workflow Management Platform / Junior Achievement

Challenge

The team at San Diego non-profit, Junior Achievement, was doing amazing work educating students from around the county but the administrative team was under enormous strain. They were hosting 2 or more different school classes every day at their educational facility which required coordinating volunteers, students, teachers and administrators. Their facility was state of the art, but their systems were anything but.

 Pain Points

  • Manual Processes
  • Human Error
  • Complex Communications
  • No Metrics
  • Administrative Strain

Our Solution

Together with the team at Junior Achievement, we assessed the operational and workflow challenges of their facility. We developed an end-to-end workflow management platform and a solution that let’s them manage everything from students to teachers to volunteers for their daily simulations. We built in powerful real-time reporting features that let them track critical metrics important to management, donors and sponsors. We also focused on tools that would help educate and engage the students including gamification alongside the rich educational materials.

“The Lithyem team proved to be an invaluable partner and was critical in bringing our vision for this project to life. They are responsive, available and detail oriented and we look forward to working with them further to improve the platform.”
– Martha Phillips, Development Director / Junior Achievement
