Woodbridge Group had 5 separate companies under it’s brand that all needed new websites. They needed to share data between them, needed real-time integration to multiple MLS feeds and required integrations with a few CRM platforms for the different companies. All of this needed to be tied together with a single content management system and each website had unique content and architecture requirement… an immense design and development challenge.

Our Solution

After an extensive discovery and planning phase, Lithyem engineered and architected a flexible custom content management system with real-time integrations for multiple MLS feeds, CRM platforms and 3rd party integrations. Each of the 5 sites had unique content requirements and we art directed, designed and developed them in stages from microsite to CMS-driven platforms. We developed an incredibly powerful map-based search feature that that leverages MLS feeds overlaid with our database technology for both speed and rich content. Lithyem built a custom role-based content workflow solution that allows the creative, legal and administrative teams to work together seamlessly when updating content across the sites.
