CASE STUDY: A Habit Tracker That Learns From Everything You Log

We built LifeOS, an app for habits, journaling, dreams, reading, and goals, where AI reads all of it together and reports the patterns no single screen shows.

→ The Challenge

Habit trackers, journals, and goal apps each hold one slice of a person’s day. Nothing reads them together, so the patterns that run across them stay hidden.

Pain Points

  • Data in Separate Apps: Habits live in one app, the journal in another, weight and reading somewhere else, and none of them know about the others.
  • Charts Without Meaning: A streak or a graph shows what happened. It does not say why, or what keeps getting in the way.
  • AI That Starts From Zero: A chatbot knows only what it was just told, so its advice stays generic.

→ Our Solution

We built LifeOS. It started as a habit tracker and grew into a journal, a dream journal, a reading list, and goal tracking, and all of it becomes context for the AI.

We Built

  • One Place for the Whole Day: Habits, a journal, a dream journal, weight, meditation, a reading list, and goals are logged in one app that installs on a phone.
  • A Daily Analysis Across Everything: Each day, AI reads eight data streams together (habits, journal, dreams, weight, meditation, reading, goals, and upcoming events) across a rolling thirty-day window. It reports recurring patterns and the gaps between stated intentions and actual activity.
  • One Question a Day: The system writes one question a day from the person’s own data, meant to surface a pattern or a blind spot. Earlier questions and answers are kept and excluded from later ones, so the output keeps moving. Insights can be played back as audio.
  • Charts, Sync, and Export: Charts cover every data source. A connected scale syncs weight on its own, and the assembled context exports in one click to continue in any other AI model.

Why We Built It

“It’s a good tracker, with the charts and graphs and all that. The real value is the CONTEXT it’s accumulating about me.”

Data Streams Unified in One Analysis

→ Habits, journal, dreams, weight, meditation, reading, goals, and events are read together, which is where the patterns no single screen shows are found.

30

Days of History in Every Analysis

→ The AI reads a rolling thirty-day window each day, so its output rests on what happened, not on what it was just told.

1

New Question Every Day

→ Written from the person’s own history, and never the same question twice.

Click to Take Your Context to Any AI

→ The context LifeOS has built up exports in one click, ready to continue in any other AI model.
