After a comprehensive audit of the floor planning process, Lithyem engineered and architected a system that’s now used by every Sears retail store to quickly and effectively create seasonal floor plans that are free of errors and approved easily. Our visual floor planning tool allows stores to intuitively create plans, review business rule violations in real-time, and have plans approved through a simple but powerful hierarchical workflow. The seasonal floor planning process was reduced, on average, from 15 to 3 days for each store.
