The custom platform that Lithyem developed is a permission-based CRM for the company’s hardware and products customers. From the portal they can manage their public profiles, download marketing materials for use in their own practices and connect with customer support. On the administrative side, they now have the ability to manage users and their access to various sections, authenticated via hardware serials, as well as to view and download myriad custom reporting and usage analytics. Extensive wireframes, detailed functional specifications and many rounds of user interaction design culminated in an enormous development effort that ultimately provided the client with a fully integrated and streamlined customer portal, saving vast amounts of time in administrative overhead and greatly improving customer experience with the brand.
